ZAGBIS プライバシーポリシー
JM Soft Pleasant Team（以下「当チーム」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリ「ZAGBIS」（Android ／ iOS、以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末の識別子、連絡先など、利用者を特定できる情報を一切取得しません。本アプリはインターネット通信を行わず、当チームや第三者へデータを送信しません。
2. 端末内に保存するデータ
本アプリは、ゲームを続けて遊ぶために次のデータを利用者の端末の中にだけ保存します。
- セーブデータ（冒険の進行状況、所持品、図鑑など）
- 設定（音量、表示、操作など）
これらのデータが端末の外へ送られることはありません。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
3. 広告・解析ツール
本アプリは、広告や利用状況の解析ツールなど、情報を収集する第三者のサービスを組み込んでいません。
4. お支払い
本アプリの購入代金のお支払いは Google Play または App Store が行います。当チームがクレジットカード情報などのお支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。お支払い情報の扱いは、Google および Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 第三者への提供
当チームは利用者の情報を取得しないため、第三者へ提供することはありません。
6. お子さまの情報
本アプリは年齢にかかわらず個人情報を取得しません。13 歳未満のお子さまからも情報を集めることはありません。
7. お問い合わせで受け取る情報
利用者がお問い合わせ（公開までは X の DM）をされた場合、いただいた内容とアカウント名は、お返事と不具合の調査にだけ使い、それ以外の目的には使いません。
8. このポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能の変更などにより、このポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページに改定日とあわせて掲載します。

This policy explains how JM Soft Pleasant Team ("we") handles information in the mobile app "ZAGBIS" for Android and iOS (the "App").
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect any personal information, such as your name, email address, location, device identifiers or contacts. The App does not connect to the internet and does not send any data to us or to any third party.
2. Data stored on your device
To let you continue playing, the App stores the following data only on your device:
- Save data (adventure progress, items, bestiary)
- Settings (volume, display, controls)
This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App also deletes this data.
3. Advertising and analytics
The App does not include advertising, analytics or any other third-party service that collects information.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your credit card or other payment information. Payment information is handled under the privacy policies of Google and Apple.
5. Sharing with third parties
Because we do not collect your information, we do not share it with any third party.
6. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
7. Information you send us
If you contact us (by direct message on X until launch), we use your message and account name only to reply to you and to investigate the issue.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. Any update will be posted on this page with its effective date.
